a. Judy and Jess' Cleantastic. Their business card shows the services include deep cleans, one time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. Their card also shows they are insured and bonded. Contact information: Judy 618-925-4567, Jess 618-201-2365. The rate for cleaning our 309 unit is $120.
b. Joanna Pike cleaning service. We do not have a lot of information about this service. The rate for cleaning our 309 unit is $150.
c. Patricia Massey 252-578-0037 is suggested by Jimmy Hedges as a good person to clean the condo. Her rate is $100. Carolyn Camp has found another cleaning person to clean is Karen Tripp who works with Patricia Massey. Carolyn added this note about Karen Tripp on July 10, 2024.Updated May 12, 2023

A recommendation for "Mr. Fix It" an individual who can do repairs and remodelling.

I also wanted to share an amazing experience with Mr. Fix It. Collin and his wife were not only professional and kind but ensured everything was just as I wanted. We did walk through multiple times and anything I wanted changed without hesitation he did. Always on time and job finished early. I would highly recommend. It is hard to find hard and dependable people but kindness too is always a bonus. Phone: 252-499-0173During storms, such as oncoming hurricanes, the deck furniture should be moved inside.

Source for repair parts for the condo windows. Some parts were ordered October, 2018.
HVAC maintenance and maintenance contract are through Four Seasons Heating and Cooling, 411 Live Oak Street, Beaufort NC 28516, phone 2152-247-5500. The annual contract has been $225.00 per year for the past several years. The cotract includes two inspections per year.
Insurance on condo contents acquired through Seacoast Brokers LLC, Hilton Head Island, SC. Our treasurer is our contact for the insurance.

I am assuming these dimensions were done when carpet was purchased, again I am not sure who did the measuring.
