Time (week) Traded Form Now Online!

Want to post swapped time at the condo? We now have an online form to make posting time (weeks) exchanges easier. This form simplifies the process where in the past members had to notify Steve, who then updated the website.

This decision to track trades on the website was made at the QRLLC meeting on May 6, 2024. Members can now enter their trades directly into the online form. However, if they prefer, they can still notify Steve, and he will update the website as before.

To submit an exchange for posting:

• You'll be asked the following information:
  
  Your name
  The start and end dates of the time period being exchanged
  Who is originally scheduled to use the condo during that period
  Who will be using the condo instead

Editing your submitted form:

When a form is filled and submitted, a confirmation message will be returned. The message “Edit your response” will be shown in the confirmation. Clicking that link will reopen the form for editing or correcting entries.
